Design Notes

The optimized tetA was applied in LL3, so that the bacteria could survive in media with tetracycline.


Source

We optimized codon of tetA from E.coli to make it better expressed in Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LL3, the sequence before optimization was from BBa_J31006, and the optimized DNA was synthesized by Genscript.
